I came into bertucci's, craving their farmhouse salad and it did not disappoint. I ordered it with pepperoni because that was how it was originally sold when bertucci started it many years ago. However, their "black olives" tasted like kalamata and were not the same ones that were pictured and provided previously. I think it is possible that the person that was preparing the food used the wrong olives or that they changed their Olive supplier and I'm hopeful to find out. Lisa provided great service and went above and beyond to provide a takeout cup for the rest of My soda so it did not go to waste. I was happy to only get two rolls as I am a single person dining and this way food is not wasted and the restroom was clean and the servers and staff were upbeat.

I had the most amazing time with my team for our pre race dinner here. Our servers Lisa and Bridget were the sweetest and most attentive servers iβve had in a while! They accommodated our party of 18 while seamlessly dealing with their other tables. The food, service, atmosphere, and overall vibe was a 10/10 across the board. Great place and great people - highly recommend!
Canβt say enough about this place - especially our servers Bridget and Lisa. We came for a team dinner before the race tomorrow. Service was fast and friendly, food was loved by all. Bertuccis was very accommodating of our arrival time since we were delayed several timesβ¦with a party of 20. Absolutely perfect! Recommend the eggplant parmigiana!
Came in for birthday dinner! The waitress is attentive and nice to us. She gave great recommendations for the big papi pizza and the margaritas. The wings here are UNDERRATED!
Had my bridal shower there and Lisa and Bridget were AMAZING. Lisa immediately made it feel like home from the first day I met her. She was so welcoming and was proactive regarding our needs. Bridget was patient and understanding during key moments. The manager, Angel, was also incredible in regards to answering all of our questions when we were considering booking. One thing I would recommend is to consider how much space you will need for a photo backdrop, etc. when having an event in the private room. It might cut down on the roomβs capacity leaving it a little tight. Also, maybe when choosing the food, go with a pasta with a protein topping. All in all, it was a fantastic event with a staff that was wonderful and catered spectacularly to our needs. Thank you so much!
